Virtues
Lavender honey is a natural ally with multiple benefits: Antirheumatic, antispasmodic, antiseptic and anti-inflammatory , it calms coughs and helps relieve burns, bronchitis, angina, flu, and more. It is also known to promote peaceful sleep and fight insomnia.
Culinary Use
A pure delight at the end of a meal, lavender honey can be enjoyed on its own or to enrich a yogurt, fromage blanc, or a slice of bread. It is ideal for delicately sweetening a warm herbal tea (to preserve its virtues). Finally, it brings a subtly sweet note to savory dishes, such as duck breast.
