The Berlingot de Carpentras is a delicious candy in the shape of a tetrahedron, a gourmet emblem of Provence and Vaucluse. Born in the heart of Comtat Venaissin, a region encompassing Carpentras, Vaison-la-Romaine, L'Isle-sur-la-Sorgue, and Cavaillon, this candy reflects the richness of its fertile and fruit-rich lands since the 19th century. Our beautiful Provence has always been a privileged land of fruit crops, which inspires the creation of authentic and tasty sweets.

Ingredients :

Sugar, glucose syrup, natural flavourings, colouring foodstuff (spirulina concentrate, safflower, lemon, radish, carrot, sweet potato, apple), citric acid.
